After finishing 2nd in the Regionals last season, we went one better this time by winning the Northwest Championship in December with 3 wins and a draw.

In January they represented the NW in the England Hockey National Championships in Nottingham. Despite being drawn in the same pool as the eventual Winners & Runner-up, Chester went toe-to-toe with the best in the country, scored 9 goals and defended valiantly. In the end, 6th place in England was the reward added to our NW Regional title.

Huge congratulations to the squad of 10 players who all played their part in the campaign - Fran B, Emily C (capt), Tilly D, Grace H, Martha F, Alicia J, Martha K, Charlotte L, Elena L, Aster M.
