Two former Chester Hockey Club youth players represent England

Goalkeeper Gemma Ible made her Senior international debut in the recent friendly international against Germany. Gemma had previously played for England U21 at the EuroHockey Junior National Championships in Valenica in July. She joins former Chester defender Samantha Quek who now has 2 England caps and 11 GB caps in the Senior ladies sides. Both girls have previously won Gold with GB Youth at the Youth Olympics in Sydney. We look forward to following their progress to the London Olympics.
