Pre-Season Training

Hi and welcome to the new season!
After our first committee meeting we can confirm the following dates and times for pre season training:
Men - from Tuesday 13th July starting at 8.45pm for 1 hour. All welcome.
Ladies - from Wednesday 21st July meet at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start for 1 hour. All welcome. This will be followed by 30 minutes of fitness and stretching.
Look forward to seeing you all there.
From Tuesday 31st August for the men and Wednesday 1st September for the ladies normal season training will start.
